Our client, located in Uptown Dallas, is looking for a Technical Accounting Consultant to join their team on a contract basis for the next 3 months, with the possibility of contract-to-hire.
This role is hybrid, with Fridays remote.
Key Qualifications and Duties:
- CPA is required
- NetSuite experience is helpful
- Construction and/or oil and gas industry experience is helpful
- Will first help with writing the technical memos post-M&A transaction
- In the long term, this individual will help with technical accounting, financial reporting, lease accounting, and GAAP compliance
