Our client, located in Dallas, is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join their team on a contract basis for the next 3 months.
Keys:
- UKG (UltiPro) experience highly preferred (or other HRIS systems)
- Bachelors degree strongly preferred
- Experience working with Benefit and Retirement Plans
- Data Analytics, HRIS support/ reporting and HR Compliance
- Compensation and Benefit experience including commission structures, revenue share and carried interest plans highly preferred
- Payroll processing experience preferred (they use a third party)
- Recruiting experience highly preferred
- Advanced Excel required
