A growing organization is seeking a Senior Systems Accountant to support and optimize finance systems, reporting, and accounting processes. This role serves as a key liaison between Finance and Technology, ensuring system integrity, efficient operations, and strong financial controls.
Qualifications
- 6–8 years of experience in finance systems, accounting, or audit
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and internal controls
- Experience supporting reporting processes and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- ERP experience required; SAP experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize finance systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, training, and system administration
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Support system governance, documentation, audits, and compliance activities
- Identify and implement process and system improvements
