February 18, 2026Our multi-entity client near downtown Dallas is seeking an HR Manager. This person will be responsible for approximately 250 employees.
They will oversee HR for the organization, including being able to run payroll and handle all of the payroll-related duties and coordination with accounting, as well as provide support for the following:
- Address employee complaints and HR investigations;
- Support other departments on employee discipline and terminations, as well as reasonable accommodations;
- Onboard new employees;
- Implement HR policies and procedures and assist with updates and/or development of new policies;
- Address mandatory training requirements;
- Work with broker and Sr. HR Director to oversee benefits and answer employee benefits questions;
- Assist with setting up employees in new states as needed;
- Provide support for employee performance reviews; and
- Assist with compliance requirements as needed.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to the needs of the company and its employees;
- Proficiency with running payroll on ADP Workforce Now;
- Proficiency on Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel);
- Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations; and
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and organize workload.
Additional skills desired:
- Experience in other payroll systems as well as payroll implementations;
- Experience with Toast and 7Shifts which are used by the restaurants for timekeeping and tips; and
- Experience in HR for restaurants and/or experience working in restaurants.
