Our healthcare staffing client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting the full spectrum of HR responsibilities while partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding / Credentialing: Oversee the onboarding of new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and guide employees and managers in performance-related matters. This includes internal personnel (100) and our W2 field staff through the assistance of our Managers.
- Benefits: Oversee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Corrective Actions: Responsible for any issues, investigations and remedies needed for compliance or disciplinary actions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources role with demonstrated expertise.
- PHR / SPHR + highly desired
- Strong organizational skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven track record in training, advising, and handling performance improvement plans (PIP) and terminations.
