The company is experiencing significant growth through both acquisitions and organic expansion and is building out its long-term North American support hub in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Position Overview
The Director of Total Rewards will lead compensation, benefits, HR systems, and Total Rewards operations across North America. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to support a fast-paced, evolving organization undergoing continued expansion and operational transformation.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic thinking and operational execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading teams while also remaining closely involved in systems, reporting, compensation processes, and organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Total Rewards operations across compensation, benefits, HR systems, and related programs
- Partner with leadership on compensation strategy, workforce planning, and organizational growth initiatives
- Oversee compensation structures, market pricing, salary administration, and annual compensation cycles
- Manage and support U.S. benefits programs and vendor relationships
- Provide leadership and oversight for HRIS operations, reporting, dashboards, onboarding workflows, and process optimization
- Lead and develop a team of HRIS analysts, compensation, and benefits professionals
- Support organizational growth initiatives, including acquisitions and integration activities
- Drive process improvements, scalability, and operational efficiencies across the Total Rewards function
- Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and executive leadership across the organization
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive Total Rewards leadership experience
- Strong background across compensation, benefits, and HR systems
- Experience supporting multi-state or national organizations
- Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Experience within acquisition-driven or rapidly evolving organizations preferred
