Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:
- 3-way matching (PO, receipt, invoice-root cause analysis of invoice issues)
- Vendor statement reconciliations
- Accruals and month-end close support
- Expense coding and GL account knowledge
- Sales and use tax awareness
- Payment processing (ACH, wire, and check)
- Intercompany transaction processing
- Fixed asset invoice identification
Qualifications:
- Excel skills (Pivot Tables,XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
- 3+ years of Manufacturing AP experience is highly preferred
- Sage X3 or similar ERP experience
