- Manage accounting and reconciliation for RAW, work-in-process (WIP), and finished goods (FG).

- Reconcile inventory subledgers to the general ledger and investigate and resolve variances including reserve trends
|
- Calculate and post monthly inventory, consumption, production, transfer, and adjustment journal entries
|
- Analyze material usage and scrap
|
- Monitor slow-moving, excess, obsolete, and expired inventory; calculate and record appropriate reserves. Support new and existing product set up and changes, discontinued product review
|
- Review negative inventory, unusual transactions, unposted production orders, and aging WIP.
|
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to review cycle counts; reconcile differences and document adjustments (Support API)
|
- Reconcile inventory held at plants, warehouses, third-party locations, and in transit.
|
- Maintain controls over inventory receipts, issues, transfers, production, adjustments, and disposals
|
- Identify process improvements and strengthen ERP inventory and manufacturing controls.
