We are seeking a Senior Accountant to support our strategic business development goals and drive operational excellence within the accounting function. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial statements through account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and compliance support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounting schedules in compliance with GAAP, applicable regulations, and company policies.

Prepare and record journal entries to ensure accurate classification of financial transactions.

Perform month-end close procedures, including preparation, review, and analysis of account reconciliations.

Partner with department leaders to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.

Assist with annual audits, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Support cross-functional initiatives and contribute to ad-hoc financial projects.

Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, solutions-oriented culture.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.

3–5 years of progressive experience in corporate or public accounting.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).

Working knowledge of Sage or NetSuite preferred.
