April 7, 2025Our client in Dallas is looking for an Accounting Manager to support the growing needs of the family office accounting group. In addition to the below qualifications, we are looking for an individual who works well in a team environment, is detail-oriented, presents as polished, possesses great communication skills, and is motivated to perform to the best of their abilities and hit the ground running.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reviewing financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations for family office entities and individuals
- Supporting the bill payment process and coordinating wire transfers
- Assisting with intercompany billings, including allocated payroll, rent, and G&A
- Maintaining fixed asset schedules
- General support to the accounting and finance needs of the family office
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors in Accounting
- 5+ years of industry accounting experience is required
- Experience in a family office preferred
- Software: QuickBooks, Bill.com, Expensify or similar
- Certifications: CPA license or candidate preferred
