Responsibilities:
Financial Oversight:
- Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Assist in preparati0n and analysis of monthly financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to accounting standards.
Accounts Management:
- Collaborate with accounts payable and receivable functions.
Internal Controls:
- Establish and maintain internal controls.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure policy adherence.
Financial Analysis and Compliance:
- Provide detailed financial analysis for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal tax law
Technology Integration:
- Utilize accounting software for streamlined processes.
- Identify and implement system improvements.
Other Functions:
- Foster a supportive role towards our clients mission statement and core values
- Support a positive and productive work environment and demonstrate a positive example for others
- Perform all other related duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA a plus.
- 5 years experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
