A native of Marshall in East Texas, Kacy earned a bachelor’s degree in English from Texas A&M University and an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of Dallas. She began her recruiting career with Paylocity and later held talent acquisition roles with Gartner and Korn Ferry, where she supported recruiting efforts for LexisNexis. With more than nine years of talent acquisition experience, Kacy has recruited professionals across a variety of industries and functions and brings extensive experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle. She joined Thomas Edwards Group in 2026 as a Senior Staffing Consultant in the Fort Worth office.
Outside of work, Kacy enjoys spending time with her husband and college sweetheart, Trevor, and their two children. Their daughter graduated from Ole Miss, and their son currently attends Texas Tech University. In her free time, Kacy enjoys spending time with her pug, Howard, and settling in with a good mystery.
