Job description
Our client, a reverse logistics distribution company in Plano, TX, is seeking a detail-oriented Staff/Senior Accountant to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in GL and AP accounting, reporting, GAAP.
Previous experience with NetSuite is a requirement.

**Responsibilities:**
– Manage the General Ledger and take a leading role in monthly closing.
-Manage Inventory accounting including cost of sales matching, receiving to general ledger and reconciliation to subledger.
-Manage Accounts Payable and support with daily cash management and bank transactions.
– Assist in financial statement preparation and general ledger reconciliation
-Manage intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
– Utilize NetSuite financial software for data analysis and reporting

**Qualifications:**
– Degree in Accounting or Finance
-Proficiency in NetSuite

**Experience:**

• General Ledger: 2 years (Required)
• Accounts Payable: 4 years (Preferred)
• NetSuite: 1 year (Required)
