January 15, 2025Job Summary: Responsible for general accounting function including preparing journal entries, mainta1mng balance sheet schedules, ledgers, account and bank reconciliations. Assist with monthly closing and account analysis, and supporting the senior accountant in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department.
Reporting Relationship: Controller
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts monthly for multiple locations.
- Research outstanding items and correct as necessary.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts for assigned accounts
- Prepare journal entries as necessary for reconciliations.
- Back-up to accounts payable and cash disbursements.
Other Duties: All other duties as assigned by supe1vision or management.
