Our Client, located in Dallas, is looking for a strong Commercial Property Accountant to come join their team on a contract basis. This role is hybrid and requires commitment through the end of the year.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong commercial real estate accounting experience is required
- Yardi & MRI ERP experience highly preferred
- Will support full-cycle accounting for 2-3 properties (reviewing AR, looking at invoices, posting journal entries, running and reviewing financials, working with property managers)
