CONTRACT: Senior Paylocity Consultant (#10455)

Client looking for Paylocity interim support for the next 6 months.

Keys:

• Ability to fully support all aspects of the Paylocity system from reporting and analytics to day-to-day system updates and maintenance.
• Must have experience in the full suite of HRIS modules
• Must be consultative vs just responding to tickets
• Paylocity SME

User access, identity, and basic account troubleshooting

·         Reset user access / help employees regain access

·         Maintain employee record contact fields  

·         Security and Reports Role-based access

·         Workflow management

Reporting administration

·         Run, locate, and print reports  

Internal data readiness and ongoing operational maintenance

·         Maintain accurate company and employee demographic data needed for compliance processes (example: ACA reporting language in agreements/board packets emphasizes client providing timely updates like legal name/FEIN changes and maintaining benefit classes/demographic data)

Tax filing agency services & notice resolution (when contracted for tax services)

·         Collaborate and authorize Paylocity to perform payroll tax services including deposits and filings. Responsible for updates, review, and required reconciliation.
