Our client, located in Haltom City, is looking for a Senior Accounting/ Finance Consultant to join their team on a contract basis for the next 2 months.
Keys:
- Extensive experience with EBITDA, cash flow and liquidity management, and financial performance analysis
- Experience managing debt and loan covenants, including compliance, reporting, and lender requirements
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills, including preparation of pro forma financials
- Strong accounting foundation with experience overseeing financial reporting, close processes, and overall accounting operations
- Experience within a private equity-backed company and/or working directly with private equity stakeholders
- Proven ability to build, structure, and develop accounting and finance teams
- Experience with SAGE software preferred
