Senior Accountant: 
** Hybrid schedule (3 days from home and 2 in the office)**
Responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee all bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks Online, including data entry, account reconciliation, and report generation.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial close processes, including preparation of financial reports for management.
• Track and manage project-specific expenses, budgets, and cash flow projections.
• Ensure all financial records are kept up-to-date and organized, following the company’s policies and procedures.
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience, with heavy use of QuickBooks Online.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including accrual and cash basis accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for financial analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to pitch in where needed in an entrepreneurial environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Experience with real estate or investment industry accounting
