What You’ll Do
• Manage general ledger accounting functions, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Lead or support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Partner with operations to monitor inventory accuracy, investigate variances, and support forecasting and purchasing activities
• Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, intercompany balances, and key general ledger accounts
• Support internal reporting and financial analysis, including cash flow across multiple entities
• Assist with external audits, including preparation of schedules and supporting documentation
• Prepare and file monthly sales tax and annual reports in multiple states
• Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes to ensure timely invoicing, payments, and collections
• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen internal control procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA is a plus
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger functions, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Treasury exposure and experience in multi-entity or multi-currency environments is a plus
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, and complex formulas
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial compliance requirements
• Experience working in high-growth or private equity-backed environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work additional hours as needed during peak periods
