Our client, located in Addison, is looking for a Part-Time QuickBooks Consultant to join their team on a contract basis for the next 12-18 months.
This role is remote!
The company needs help for just 8-10 hours per week. This work can be doing in the evenings or on the weekends if the individual is working a full-time job already.
Key Qualifications and Duties:
- Must be a QuickBooks expert
- Must be skilled at VLOOKUP and pivot tables in Excel
- First priority will be helping the company figure out QuickBooks. This includes analyzing and optimizing their current set up, training employees on how to use QuickBooks, and inputting their inventory and expenses into QuickBooks.
- Second priority will be to assist with some transactional accounting, including AP, AR, invoicing, and expense tracking.
