Our client, located in Irving, is seeking an experienced OneStream Project Manager for a 6 month contract (Possible Extension). This position will require candidates local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Keys:
Lead the implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization of the OneStream financial platform. This role partners across Finance and Technology functions to ensure the system supports planning, reporting, and decision-making needs while driving adoption and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle project management for OneStream initiatives, including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
- Manage timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and external vendor relationships
- Serve as internal subject matter expert for OneStream, overseeing system design, data integration, and reporting frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align solutions, and ensure successful platform adoption
- Drive process improvements and automation of financial planning and reporting workflows within OneStream
- Support data governance efforts, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and proper controls
- Communicate progress, risks, and updates effectively to leadership and stakeholders
- Develop training and change management initiatives to support users
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in project management, financial systems, or FP&A-related roles
- Hands-on experience with OneStream (or similar EPM platforms) strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, reporting)
- Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional technology implementations
- Solid understanding of data structures, system integration, and reporting frameworks
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment
