About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT leader to take ownership of our Enterprise Data Solutions function. This is a people-first leadership role — you will be responsible for guiding a team of developers and engineers who deliver business intelligence, automation, low-code, and data integration solutions across the organization.
This is not a hands-on technical role. We are looking for someone who leads through others, builds strong relationships with business stakeholders, and knows how to keep delivery moving in a fast-paced, demand-heavy environment.
What You Will Do
- Lead, develop, and support a team of four — setting clear expectations, managing performance, and investing in their growth
- Own the team's work pipeline from intake through delivery — prioritizing requests, managing capacity, and keeping stakeholders informed
- Run standups and drive delivery cadence using Agile principles and tools like Azure DevOps
- Partner with business leaders to understand their needs, set realistic timelines, and deliver with consistency
- Participate in vendor evaluations, architecture discussions, and technology decisions alongside IT and business leadership
- Identify opportunities to improve how the team works and how technology serves the business
What We Are Looking For
- A proven people manager with a background leading IT development teams
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure ADF, Azure DevOps, Agile, and ITIL at a working knowledge level
- Strong communicator who can translate between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and brings clarity to ambiguous situations
- Experience managing competing priorities, urgent requests, and ongoing production support needs
- Ready to step into a Director-level role and operate with broad ownership
