February 20, 2025This position will serve as an integral part of Company’s Sales Department and will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the accounting team.
Essential Job Duties
- Process sales orders (beginning to end) using EDI, retailer/customer systems and internal systems.
- Track logistics functions regarding new and processed orders
- Follow-up with retailer/customer regarding order changes and/or shipments.
- Manage B2B Client Service inquiries and issues.
- Assist in preparation of sales forecast, review client forecast and analyze sales trends.
- Maintain and update sales lead information in CRM.
- Ability to engage and interact effectively at all client levels.
- Coordinate sample shipments for perishable goods.
- Provides support for broker trade shows and participate in selling events as necessary.
- Coordinate client and broker set-up with the accounting department.
- Assist accounting to find payment and/or deduction backup when needed.
- Ensure accuracy of client services.
- Participate in internal audits.
- Update customer account information as needed.
- Coordinate and develop fact sheets, sales reports, revenue reports, proposals, etc. for management.
- Monitoring/analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends.
- Constantly update manager about the progress of sales and marketing, and provide reports on various sales metrics.

- Ability to read, understand and interpret technical information.
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts.
- Self-starter, diligent, and instinctive.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Above average excel skills preferred
- Knowledge of EDI processes required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Possesses a high level of professionalism and have excellent follow-through skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with RetailLink,i360, SupplierOne, Scinitilla, Circana/Nielsen, or similar software required
- Experience in sales analysis
- Minimum of two years of experience within account management, sales operations or inside sales.
- Experience working with a manufacturer, wholesaler or distributor of food or consumable products is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience.
