Accounting Supervisor
The following is a detailed listing of responsibilities; however, other responsibilities or special projects may be assigned as needed:
- Supervision of 2 staff accountants and 1 senior accountant
- Assist in accounting for complex transactions
- Own process flows for Corporate accounting processes with active involvement in improvement of these processes
- Ad-hoc analysis and journal entries
- Preparation and/or review of account reconciliations
- Month-end analysis and entries
- Monthly intercompany accounting and analysis
- Manage month-end close process across multiple departments
General Requirements:
- 7-10 years experience in accounting
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Strong understanding of accounting
- Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting required
- MBA preferred
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
