Our construction client in Las Colinas is looking for a Project Manager.
General Role Description
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing selective demolition projects ranging in size and complexity across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This individual will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities–Project Planning & Execution
- Oversee all aspects of Project life cycle from pre-construction to completion
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate permitting, submittals, notifications, and inspections
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
Key Responsibilities–Cost & Budget Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets and forecasts
- Track project costs, approve invoices, and manage change orders
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality
Key Responsibilities–Team Leadership & Coordination
- Supervise and support foreman, site supervisors, and field crews
- Assign resources and labor efficiently based on project needs
- Coordinate with estimating procurement safety, and asset management teams
Key Responsibilities–Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and general contractors
- Maintain clear communication regarding project progress, issues, and expectations
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
Key Responsibilities–Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations, company standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with the Safety Coordinator to conduct audits, safety meetings, and incident investigations as needed
Key Responsibilities–Documentation &Reporting
- Maintain accurate project documentation including RFI’s, daily reports, and CO’s
- Track productivity, delays, and other KPI’s
- Provide timely reporting to leadership and clients
