Overview
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting and new hire onboarding across the organization. This role partners closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business needs while ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units
- Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role requirements
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates (active and passive)
- Lead interview process, offer development, and candidate communication
- Build talent pipelines for key and recurring roles
- Track recruiting metrics and maintain ATS data
- Manage external recruiting partners and ensure compliance with employment laws
Onboarding
- Coordinate and execute structured onboarding programs
- Manage new hire logistics, scheduling, and cross-functional communication
- Partner with leaders to support consistent onboarding practices
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
- Strong sourcing experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
- Experience with onboarding programs preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with ATS and HR systems
