Dallas area client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst on a contract basis for the next 3-6 months to help with a significant reconciliation/clean up project.
Seeking a temporary Accounts Receivable Reconciliation Expert to rebuild
the accuracy and integrity of AR records through detailed reconciliations,
discrepancy analysis, and resolution of complex billing and payment issues.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile AR sub-ledger to general ledger on a regular basis
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices, payments, credits,
- down payments and unapplied cash
- Reconcile bank deposits, payment platforms, and customer accounts
- Ensure accurate application of cash (ACH, wire, checks, credit cards)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of AR and reconciliation experience
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, formulas)
- Advanced experience with QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
- including merchant services.
