Accounting Specialist

Our client in the Oil and Gas industry is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Annual property taxes for three companies
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Code, enter and process overhead invoices and JIBS for weekly payment
• Enter Journal Entries for deposits, wires, and credit card purchases
• Maintain Top Revenue spreadsheet

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have accounting experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong numerical aptitude.
• Exposure to oil and gas accounting highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
