The Accounting Manager is highly skilled and detail-oriented and possesses a strong background in accounting and financial management. This role will involve managing the accounting operations for the family office, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting various financial activities and strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepares and maintains accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manages general ledger entries, reconciles bank accounts, and oversees accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepares and reviews monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the family office.
- Coordinates with external tax advisors and auditors as needed.
- Assists in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyzes financial performance and variances against budgets, providing insights and recommendations.
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Maintains organized and accurate financial records and documentation.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Acts as a point of contact for family members and their advisors regarding financial matters
- Provides clear and timely financial information and support to family members as required
- Maintains confidentiality for all corporate, stakeholder, personnel, and research matters.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA required
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with 2+ years in a family office or private wealth environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, investment accounting, and compliance.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
