Our client, a consulting company, ]is looking for an Accountant to support their client for the next 6 months.
This role is fully remote, but candidates MUST be located in the state of Texas.
Summary:
Support day-to-day accounting operations for a multi-entity daycare franchise portfolio, including journal entries, payroll entries, expense recording, and general bookkeeping activities. Assist with consolidating multiple QuickBooks instances and supporting the development of a repeatable month-end close process.
Key Qualifications and Duties:
- Multi-entity accounting experience is required
- QuickBooks experience is a must
- Experience consolidating multiple entities within QuickBooks is highly preferred
- Strong, transactional General Ledger skills are necessary, including journal entries, payroll processing/entries, expense tracking, bookkeeping, and month-end close
- Must be to work independently in a high-volume, transactional accounting environment
