Key Responsibilities

Lead enterprise cyber defense, including detection engineering, incident response, threat intelligence, threat hunting, and digital forensics.
Direct 24×7 security monitoring and incident response across a complex, multi-entity environment.
Develop and implement AI-enabled security operations, leveraging automation and AI agents to enhance detection, investigation, and response.
Govern and secure enterprise AI platforms, ensuring compliance with AI governance and data protection standards.
Drive SIEM/SOAR strategy, security automation, and continuous improvement of detection capabilities.
Lead major incident response activities and coordinate cross-functional response efforts.
Partner with technology, legal, compliance, and business leaders to support security strategy and risk management.
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing cyber defense team.
Support regulatory compliance, audits, and security governance initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
10+ years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years leading security operations teams.
Experience applying AI, machine learning, and automation within security operations.
Strong knowledge of AI security concepts and frameworks, including securing AI-enabled applications and services.
Expertise with Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, SIEM/SOAR platforms, KQL, Python, and PowerShell.
Experience supporting large-scale or multi-tenant security operations; regulated industry experience is preferred.
Knowledge of data protection, DLP, DSPM, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and related security frameworks.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GCIH, or GCFA preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
