Overview
We are assisting our client, a PE backed healthcare services organization seeking a Vice President of Finance. The business operates a multi-unit platform and is in an active phase of growth, including operational initiatives and acquisitions. This role will partner closely with the CFO, executive leadership, and the financial sponsor to enhance financial visibility, performance management, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Produce monthly management and sponsor reporting with actionable insights
- Partner with operations to analyze unit-level performance, margins, and labor economics
- Support M&A activity including financial modeling, diligence, and integration
- Help scale FP&A capabilities, reporting tools, and financial processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related field required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership exposure
- Experience in private equity–backed and/or multi-site healthcare services environments
- Strong FP&A, modeling, and analytical skill set
- Hands-on, business-partner mindset with strong executive communication skills
