The Project Manager – Business Process Improvement (BPI) will play a key role in driving efficiency, process optimization across multiple business functions. This individual will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness through the implementation and improvement of enterprise systems such as NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, and other business platforms.
This role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, systems implementation experience, and process improvement methodology. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages multiple priorities, and collaborates with stakeholders across Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to ensure successful delivery of business transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple concurrent business process improvement and system implementation projects from initiation through completion.
- Partner with functional and technical teams to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design scalable, efficient workflows.
- Manage system implementations and/or enhancements for ERP, HRIS, and/or CRM systems like NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce, or other business systems.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
- Oversee testing, user training, and change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Track project performance and provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and issues to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement by documenting best practices and promoting a culture of process excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience in Project Management with a focus on Business Process Improvement or System Implementation.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise system projects (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, Salesforce) experience with multiple systems preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze, map, and redesign business processes across Finance, HR, and/or Sales Operations.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
