Client, located in Uptown, is looking for a Director of Total Rewards to join their team on a contract basis. Commitment is required through June of 2025. This is hybrid (Friday remote) and would start in January 2025.
Keys:
- Must be strong in excel (while there is an HRIS system in place, there are many manual processes on spreadsheets)
- Support the calculations of 18 complex compensation plans
- Field questions from sales team
- 1 direct report – Total Rewards Analyst
- Compensation Management (70%): Drive the annual compensation process (planning and implementation of merit increases, incentives, design base salary and incentive programs (cash and equity),
- Performance Management (10%): Assist with the development and implementation of the performance management process, ensuring development and retention needs are addressed. Create a culture of recognition through the design of
reward and recognition programs. - Benefit Administration (20%): Partner with broker to design and implement competitive and cost effective benefit program
- Review and analyze data to determine emerging trends and actively assess the competitive landscape and regulatory/governmental fronts
- Oversee equity administration, retirement plan administration, and support the payroll function
- Financial industry and UKG experience helpful, not required
