Dallas, TX - April 2, 2024 - After 19 years of dedicated service and outstanding leadership, Debbie Vanicek, Partner and Managing Director of Thomas Edwards Group’s (TEG) Dallas office, has announced her retirement. Debbie's strategic vision, unwavering commitment, and invaluable contributions have significantly shaped the success and growth of our Dallas operations.
Throughout her tenure, Debbie has been instrumental in driving TEG’s mission/vision/values forward, fostering a culture of excellence, and cultivating strong relationships within the Greater Dallas community. Her guidance and expertise have been pivotal in positioning TEG’s Dallas office as a leader in our industry.
Reflecting on her time with TEG, Debbie expressed gratitude for the support of her colleagues and the great relationships she has built through the years with her clients and her candidates, as well as the opportunity to be part of such a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. She looks forward to the next chapter of her journey, filled with new adventures and opportunities.
Stepping into Debbie's critical role as the new Managing Director of the Dallas office is another TEG Partner, Ben Pinto. His tremendous people skills, leadership skills, and dedication to excellence make him well-suited to lead the Dallas team into its next phase of growth and innovation.
Ben joined TEG in 2010 and has demonstrated exceptional leadership in various capacities. He led the firm’s Contract Services division for 10 years, achieving extraordinary growth during that time. He moved over to lead the firm’s IT Recruiting division on an interim basis, and then helped launch the new Austin office as the Managing Director for that city. Ben has strong roots in Dallas, and his deep understanding of the market dynamics and commitment to delivering exceptional results make him the ideal candidate to carry forward the legacy established by Debbie.
In his new role, Ben will focus on further strengthening TEG’s presence in Dallas, nurturing client relationships, and driving the firm’s growth initiatives. He is excited to work closely with the talented team in Dallas to continue delivering unparalleled value to our clients and stakeholders.

Thomas Edwards Group Announces IT Recruiting Division
Dallas, TX - December 3, 2020 - Thomas Edwards Group (TEG) announces continued growth with the addition of its IT recruiting division. The firm welcomed Natalie Kinvig to the team in September of this year as a Senior Search Consultant to lead recruiting efforts for the new division. Kinvig holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has been an IT recruiter for over seven years.
TEG's IT recruiting division will deliver both direct hire and contract staffing solutions across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Typical areas of focus will include but are not limited to infrastructure, application development, virtualization, ERP implementation support, cyber security and IT project support.
