Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with expertise in UKG Ready to support dashboards, reporting, and post-go-live configuration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enhancements and adding new functionality to an existing UKG Ready system. This is a part-time contract role requiring flexibility, with most work completed outside of standard business hours. However, occasional client meetings during business hours will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports within UKG Ready.
- Perform post-go-live configuration to improve system functionality and support business needs.
- Implement enhancements and new features to optimize HRIS processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and system improvement requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues efficiently.
- Provide occasional support during business hours for client meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with UKG Ready as an HRIS Analyst.
- Strong background in dashboards, reporting, and system configuration post-go-live.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote, flexible environment.
- Experience with HRIS enhancements and new functionality implementations.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Availability for 5-20 hours per week, primarily outside of business hours, with some client meeting attendance as needed.
