Summary
We are assisting our client seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually driven Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will support key financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions that drive strategic decision-making across the organization
General Duties
- Represents the Company in a professional, courteous and positive manner with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
- Compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Essential duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures. Work with cross-functional teams including regional finance and operations personnel to assess impact on future results.
- Prepare standard monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis for distribution to senior management
- Evaluate complex financial information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to leadership for decision making
- Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Provide analysis and assistance where needed with respect to monthly financial close
- Oversee and manage the continued development of the budgeting, financial forecasting, and operating performance review process.
- Track and forecast capital expenditures across the company to ensure that capital deployment is at targeted levels
- Assist with special projects as requested

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP, BI, and Planning tools a plus
- Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
