Assisting our client seeking a Senior Executive who leads and is responsible for all aspects of the manufacturing business.
- Develop and implement manufacturing strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Oversee daily operations, production efficiency, and quality control.
- Manage and motivate teams of plant managers, supervisors, and finance to improve company success together.
- Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, including capital expenditures and operational costs.
- Keep senior management, board members, and other stakeholders informed about manufacturing performance.
- Identify and implement new technologies and processes to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and other relevant laws.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive Manufacturing Experience: Significant experience in manufacturing operations, ideally with a focus on process engineering and project management.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive organizational change.
- Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex operational issues.
- People Management: Experience leading and developing teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing technologies, equipment, and processes.
- Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of relevant safety, environmental, and other USDA regulations.
