Accounting & Operations Analyst

The HRIS Analyst will lead a team of implementation specialists and Application Management Support (AMS) analysts to oversee and direct HR technology consulting (HRTC) projects and support engagements. Duties include but are not limited to establishing project plans, liaising with system implementer (SI) and client teams, following up on project tasks, escalating risks and making recommendations to mitigate them, and ensuring the overall success of an implementation project and subsequent support. Duties may also include generating internal referrals, marketing and education of internal teams to identify opportunities, servicing as subject matter expert on sales calls, and other business development activities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Implementation Specialists/Consultants/AMS Analysts to ensure HR technology projects and support engagements are meeting and/or exceeding the client’s expectations.
- Leads regular team meetings/one on one’s to ensure all projects are on track and completes project status reports to key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Provides direction to team members and direct reports as needed and ensures team members are properly trained and obtain certifications for implementation and support of assigned systems as needed
- Works with Client to identify required project roles, determines resource model/resources for the project, project deliverables, establish project tools to manage activities and develops strategy with the client to meet project objectives.
- Participate and/or lead client projects in the following roles, including, but not limited to: Systems Consultant, Systems Analyst, Solutions Consultant, Testing Lead, Testing Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Functional Lead, Executive Project Sponsor
- Establishes and monitors SLAs across all project and support activity, including monthly Executive Project Sponsor outreach to current and past clients.
- Escalation point for client, system implementer and all project team members to resolve issues and keep the projects on track or resolve support issues
- Partners with system implementer, partners, client, internal resources and any other necessary resources to ensure project success.
- Evaluate and manage project target margins, resource allocation, forecasting resource capacity/availability and performance of projects and team members.
- Participate in operational tasks and business development, as needed.
- Generates internal referrals by educating internal sales and resources about HRTC, by teaching producers how to identify HRTC within a client or prospect, and by teaching producers how to present HRTC to existing clients or prospects through seminars, meetings, training courses or informal networking to support OneDigital’s convergence strategy
- Works with leadership to create or update marketing and presentation materials as needed including but not limited to tailoring presentations to each potential client or audience, gathering client testimonials and writing or updating marketing collateral to support the sales and marketing process
- Participates in business development efforts which may include events, campaigns, prospect meetings and proposals. May also develop activities and events led by HRTC to bring awareness and generate leads
- Prospects for clients within the OneDigital client base by mining D365 for potential clients and networking with OneDigital producers for the purpose of working with a primary producer on making connections with client decision makers to discuss HR technology needs, identifying opportunities within the organization and arranging for sales / intake meetings
- Leads prospect calls and presents services offered within the HR technology lifecycle framework; identifies potential needs for services and submits proposals to prospects for the purpose of closing business
- Prices deals within target margin guidelines working closely with practice leaders to ensure profitability
- Ensures SharePoint is updated with all prospect and sales information as required
- Reports on pipeline and prospect status as needed or requested
- Travel to events, client and prospect onsite meetings, as needed. Up to 25%
Qualifications:
- Must be highly self-motivated with exceptional time management skills
- Ability to work independently with little or no direction
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Demonstrated skill in developing and maintaining project plans, test plans and cutover plans
- Skill in using all types of project management and collaboration tools
- Ability to manage team members and follow up on tasks tactfully and forcefully if necessary
- Ability to effectively liaise between client team and system implementer team
- Skill in managing and maintaining calendar invites and project meeting schedule
- Ability to balance risks and recommendations within a project to ensure success
- High-level of interpersonal skills required
Requirements:
- Three or more years as an AMS lead, HCM/HRIS senior analyst, or ongoing system support experience managing increasingly more complex HR technology projects representing the client’s project team
- Specific experience with working with Paylocity, Paycor, and/or Paycom required
- ADP and/or UKG are a plus
