Key Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manages general ledger entries and oversees accounts payable and receivable.
• Cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare and maintain ad hoc investment reports, ensuring accuracy to underlying schedules.
• Assist with Trustee reports, trust cash flows, and cash walk analyses.
• Prepare presentation-ready PDF and PowerPoint deliverables.
• Assist with the preparation of reports related to annual net worth presentation, ensuring accuracy of information.
• Support entity-level responsibilities, including:
  • Monthly cash and brokerage account reconciliations
  • Quarterly financial statement preparations
  • Audit reporting compilation and assistance
  • Private equity fund reporting, including understanding investment cycles and return calculations
• Maintains confidentiality for all corporate, stakeholder, personnel, and research matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA or other relevant certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience required. Two or more years in a family office or private wealth management setting a plus..

• Experience in investment management, trust accounting, fund accounting, or family office environments.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
