Key Responsibilities
- Prepares and maintains accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manages general ledger entries and oversees accounts payable and receivable.
- Cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
- Prepare and maintain ad hoc investment reports, ensuring accuracy to underlying schedules.
- Assist with Trustee reports, trust cash flows, and cash walk analyses.
- Prepare presentation-ready PDF and PowerPoint deliverables.
- Assist with the preparation of reports related to annual net worth presentation, ensuring accuracy of information.
- Support entity-level responsibilities, including:
- Monthly cash and brokerage account reconciliations
- Quarterly financial statement preparations
- Audit reporting compilation and assistance
- Private equity fund reporting, including understanding investment cycles and return calculations
- Maintains confidentiality for all corporate, stakeholder, personnel, and research matters.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- CPA or other relevant certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience required. Two or more years in a family office or private wealth management setting a plus..
- Experience in investment management, trust accounting, fund accounting, or family office environments.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
