Our client, located in North Dallas, is looking for a Financial Integrations Manager to join their team on a contract basis.
This role is fully onsite, and there will be travel up to 50%.
Key Qualifications and Duties:
- M&A integration experience is required
- Will onboard and integrate 1-2 newly acquired site per month
- Will first assess their current integration statuses of recent acquisitions
- Will coordinate the integration process (with a heavy focus on AP and procurement) and provide a “white glove” experience so that the post-acquisition experience is smooth
