Essential Duties:
- Prepare business case and financial analysis for capital investments
- Coordinate annual budget and quarterly forecast process
- Work with operations team and CFO to develop and distribute timeline
- Update model with assumptions from the operations team
- Ensure model reflects any changes in business or capital structure
- Develop multi-year projections
- Produce a high-level overview for presentation to the Board and lenders
- Collaborate with core finance, marketing and operations to formulate recommendations to improve profitability of the organization
- Develop analysis and participate in the due diligence process for business development initiatives
- Prepare and distribute various operational reports accurately and timely
- Create ad hoc reports to assist with analyzing key business metrics
- Collaborate with core finance, marketing and operations to develop efficient and effective financial management tools
- Maintain open, consistent and effective communications
- Ensure financial files are organized and safeguarded
- Model a service attitude towards others, take ownership in solving problems and take the initiative to make things better, is friendly and courteous to residents, patients and teammates
- Maintain good attendance record
- Respond to CFO as assigned with accurate and timely work to facilitate financial needs
- Accept other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Big 4 Audit experience
- 2-4 years’ experience
- Must be proficient in MS Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Must be “advanced” in MS Excel (well versed in “Pivot Tables”, “look ups”, “sum ifs”, and “conditional sums”)
