Director of Financial Planning & Analysis:

Responsibilities:  

• Manage monthly forecasting and annual Business Planning processes.
• Prepare, maintain and review multiple branch/location/segment income statements.
• Identify and advance Finance initiatives supporting companywide improvements
• Serve as a strategic business partner for the leaders and the extended leadership team.
• Develop planning models that continue to be more predictive.
• Develop, maintain and promote margin variance reporting for equipment and stock sales.
• Maintain regular cash flow reporting and predictive modeling to align with company objectives.
• Maintain capital expenditure planning and reporting process.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Perform special projects and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience with Oracle EPM or Adaptive Insights preferred.
• Construction, Distribution, or Rental industry experience preferred
