With nearly 15 years of professional experience spanning corporate finance and executive search, Lindsey brings a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and relationship-driven recruiting. She joined Thomas Edwards Group in 2020 and specializes in executive direct hire recruitment across the DFW market. Lindsey is passionate about building long-term relationships and connecting exceptional talent with organizations where they can thrive and make a meaningful impact. Before transitioning into recruiting, she built her career in corporate finance, working for both privately held and Fortune 500 companies. Lindsey earned a BS in Finance from the University of Tulsa, graduating Cum Laude. During her time at TU, she was a member of the Division I Women’s Soccer team, served in multiple leadership roles within her sorority, was selected for the Student Investment Fund, and studied abroad.
Lindsey resides in Richardson with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, training for half marathons, cheering on her kids at sporting events, learning new hobbies (most recently Mahjong), and being involved in her local community.
