Overview
We are assisting a PE backed healthcare services organization a Manager/Senior Manager of FP&A. The business operates a multi-unit platform and is in an active phase of growth, including operational initiatives and acquisitions. This role will be a key member of the finance team, supporting financial planning, performance reporting, and operational analytics across the organization.
The position partners closely with the VP of Finance/CFO, operations leadership, and functional teams to drive insight, accountability, and scalable financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and execute annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Prepare monthly management and sponsor reporting, including variance and trend analysis
- Analyze site-level and regional performance, KPIs, margins, and labor productivity
- Develop and maintain financial models to support operational decisions and growth initiatives
- Assist with M&A activities including deal modeling, diligence support, and integration analytics
- Help standardize FP&A processes, reporting templates, and performance metrics across locations
- Support dashboard development and enhancements to reporting and planning tools
Qualifications
- 6–10 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience
- Experience in multi-site healthcare services, or PE-backed/high-growth environments preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced Excel required
- Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for non-finance partners
- Detail-oriented, hands-on mindset with strong communication skills
