Client, located in Addison, TX, is looking for a fun, high energy Customer Service Coordinator to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is 100% on-site.
Keys:
- Strong written communication is key – will be working with customers (ie: buyers) and cross functional teams (ie: accounting, sales, distribution centers) – heavy email correspondence
- Must be organized, strong at multi-tasking, have great time management skills, make good decisions, and have the ability to say “no” when appropriate
- Experience with EDI and POs strongly preferred
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams
- SPS Commerce (EDI) and Great Plains system (Ordering) experience helpful but not required
