Our client, located in Addison, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team on a contract basis for the next six months with the possibility for contract-to-hire.
This position is fully remote for the first 6 months.
Keys:
- Extensive Talent Acquisition and full-cycle recruiting experience, with a demonstrated ability to proactively identify, engage, and recruit passive talent
- Proven ability to manage the recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through offer, while partnering closely with HR and Operations
- Strong experience with competitor mapping, cold calling, networking, direct sourcing, and relationship building on a national scale
- Competitive, persistent, persuasive, and relationship-driven, with a high level of comfort engaging and recruiting candidates by phone
- Experience recruiting operational leaders and sales professionals with exposure to building materials, lumber/hardware, construction supply, distribution, retail, or similar industries preferred but not required
- Paycom experience preferred
