Our client in Allen is seeking an Office Admin with Legal Office Experience to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Create and edit legal documents
- Record legal filings
- Coordinate with Title Company regarding legal documents
- Plan and schedule appointments and events
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Greet visitors
- Order office supplies
- Light office kitchen clean up
- Order office and kitchen supplies
- Order kitchen refreshments and snacks
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration and legal office desired
- legal writing experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- ?Strong organizational skills
- Confidentiality a must
- Professional email and phone etiquette required
