Role Purpose
As the Manager of Financial Reporting & Consolidation, you will ensure the accuracy and quality of data submissions from our legal entities under IFRS and US GAAP. You'll take charge of preparing our monthly and annual consolidated financial statements, including footnotes, and lead the US GAAP consolidated financial reporting for the USA. Your expertise will guide our accounting practices, ensuring compliance and supporting process improvements.
 
Key Responsibilities
·     Financial Review & Support: Oversee the monthly financials in SAP and provide expert support to the NAM accounting team on complex transactions.
·     Data Integrity: Perform thorough checks on intercompany accounts, IFRS and US GAAP adjustments, and ensure submission accuracy.
·     Consolidation & Reporting: Lead the preparation of US GAAP consolidated financial statements for the USA and support lender compliance reporting.
·     Technical Expertise: Serve as the go-to expert on IFRS and US GAAP, providing thought leadership and creating guidelines.
·     Audit Coordination: Collaborate with accounting teams to ensure smooth audit processes.
·     Process Improvement: Drive enhancements in accounting processes, policies, and reporting.
·     Project Support: Contribute technical accounting and data expertise to various projects.

Qualifications
·      Bachelor’s in accounting required; Master's preferred.
·      CPA designation required.
·      Minimum 5 years in public and corporate accounting, with at least 2  years of consolidation experience in a large multinational organization.
·      Strong knowledge of US GAAP (required) and IFRS (preferred); experience with SAP BCS and MS Office.
