CONTRACT: Entry Level IT Support Analyst (#10541)

Far east Dallas client looking an entry level IT Support Analyst on a contract basis for the next 6 months.

Essential Duties and General Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to users via ticketing system, phone, and in-person
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot general hardware and software issues
• Assist with the deployment of new hardware and software
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations during technical crises
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule, including after-hours and weekends
• Microsoft Windows desktop support, configuration and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

• This is NOT a Work-From-Home position, candidates are required to physically be present for work duties
• Ability to be flexible with short or long-term schedule changes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and self-manage multiple tasks/projects with simultaneous deadlines in a fast-paced environment with frequent change
• Use of Microsoft Office products in an office environment
• Familiarity with computer hardware and a passion to learn how to repair and configure it
